Climb Hire is seeking a proactive and mission-driven leader to serve as the Admissions Associate. This role is responsible for creating a strong match between prospective Climbers and our learning tracks, while also driving brand awareness and lead generation through in-person outreach efforts across Colorado. This position will guide prospects through the admissions process and build local partnerships that increase community engagement and enrollment. This role will also support outreach and coordination efforts connected to SNAP enrollment and SNAP-supported programming to ensure eligible Climbers have access to the resources they need.

Climb Hire is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own our brand presence and drive applicant acquisition across two critical channels: social media and paid digital advertising.

This is not a role for someone who needs a lot of direction. You’ll be the one setting the creative vision, executing on it, and making smart decisions about where and how we show up online. You’ll work closely with the VP of Growth and be a key driver of how we reach and inspire future Climbers — especially those who are overlooked by traditional pathways.

You are a creative force who is also deeply analytical. You know how to make something scroll-stopping and know how to read the data to understand why it worked. You stretch limited resources by leveraging AI tools and platform-native formats. You’re comfortable being on camera and equally comfortable building a Google Ads campaign from scratch.
