Climb Hire: Free Job Training Programs in Colorado

Job training for Colorado residents
Climb Hire helps low-income Colorado residents break into tech through our job training programs in IT support and digital marketing. Our programs are available to all Colorado residents, no matter where you’re based in the state.
Zero-cost training and industry certifications
Qualifying Colorado residents pay nothing to enroll in Climb Hire's programs. We cover all costs, including both training and certification exams, thanks to our sponsors and partners who believe in our mission.
Job search support
We help you with more than just tech skills. Climb Hire teaches you how to find opportunities, write resumes, ace interviews, and build your professional network. 80% of our alumni find well-paying jobs within a year of graduating.

IT Support

Our IT Support track takes six months to complete and prepares you for the CompTIA A+ certification. We also cover the exam fees for both required tests—which normally cost over $500. This widely recognised credential opens doors to a wide range of entry-level tech roles:

  • Gain foundational knowledge of operating systems, hardware, troubleshooting, and security.
  • Develop skills through realistic technical scenarios and challenges.
  • Build experience with projects mirroring actual workplace responsibilities.
  • Earn the Google IT Support Professional Certificate (optional)
On top of that, soft skills development is woven throughout the technical curriculum. The program involves roughly 20 weekly hours of combined live sessions and independent assignments.

Paid Search Marketing

Our four-month Paid Search Marketing program focuses on paid search marketing—creating and managing ads that appear when people search online. You’ll earn three sought-after certifications in the field at no cost to you: Google Ads Search, Meta Digital Marketing Associate, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing. The program covers:

In this program, you’ll:

  • Running successful paid search campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
  • Analyzing marketing data to improve campaign performance.
  • Creating content strategies that connect with target audiences.
  • Completing portfolio-quality marketing projects to showcase to employers.
You'll need to spend about 20 hours each week on this program—9 hours in live online classes and 11 hours on assignments. We also teach job skills throughout the program to help you ace interviews and thrive in the workplace.

Job search support

Throughout and after our program, we’re with you for every step of your job search. Our support includes:

  • Six months of one-on-one help from a dedicated career development advisor.
  • Hands-on assistance with your resume and job application.
  • Mock interviews with tips on how to improve.
  • Free one-year subscription to LinkedIn Premium.
  • Access to our Alumni Network Portal with openings from companies looking to hire our graduates.
This support is why our alumni have landed jobs at great companies like IBM, Google, and Galileo.
