Climb Hire: Colorado Workforce Training Programs
IT Support
Our IT Support workforce training program runs for six months and prepares you for entry-level tech roles while working toward the CompTIA A+ certification. We also pay for both required A+ exams, which typically cost over $500 out of pocket.
- Learn core concepts in operating systems, hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and security
- Practice real-world problem solving through hands-on technical scenarios
- Complete projects that reflect the responsibilities of IT support roles in the workplace
The program combines live instructor-led sessions with independent assignments, adding up to a roughly 20-hour-per-week commitment. Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and professional skills are also taught throughout the curriculum.
Paid Search Marketing
Climb Hire’s Paid Search Marketing program is a four-month workforce training option that prepares you for roles in paid media and digital marketing. Throughout the course, you’ll learn the skills to earn three industry-recognized certifications at no cost: Google Ads Search, Meta Digital Marketing Associate, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing.

- Producing portfolio-ready projects for employers
Job search and employment services
Climb Hire’s workforce training programs include continued support during and after graduation to help you land and keep a job. This support includes:
- Six months of personalized guidance from a Career Development Advisor
- Mock interviews with helpful feedback
- Assistance with resume creation and job applications
- A free one-year LinkedIn Premium subscription
- Access to our Alumni Network Portal with job leads from hiring partners
Graduates of Climb Hire have gone on to work at companies such as IBM, Google, and BetterUp.
Supportive services
Workforce training is most effective when basic needs are met. Our partnership with SNAP allows eligible students to receive benefits that help with food support during training. Climb Hire is also actively expanding additional services, including:
- Childcare assistance
- Internet access support
- Learning and testing accommodations
- Transportation assistance
As new services become available, participants are notified directly.
Eligibility requirements
Climb Hire’s Colorado workforce training programs are open to applicants who:
- Live in the state of Colorado
- Earn under $30k annually
- Are between 24 and 40 years old
- Have US work authorization
- Can commit approximately 20 hours per week to training
