Workforce training in Colorado
Climb Hire offers workforce training programs in Paid Search Marketing and IT Support that help low-income Colorado residents launch careers in tech. Our programs are remote and open to eligible adults statewide.
Free tuition
Climb Hire’s workforce training programs are completely free for eligible Coloradans. Thanks to support from mission-aligned partners and sponsors, we're able to cover all training costs plus certification exam fees for widely recognized industry credentials.
Career planning
Climb Hire integrates job readiness and soft skills training throughout our programs. You'll learn how to build a resume, prepare for interviews, and apply to the right jobs. More than 80% of Climb Hire alumni secure lucrative roles within 12 months of graduating.

IT Support

Our IT Support workforce training program runs for six months and prepares you for entry-level tech roles while working toward the CompTIA A+ certification. We also pay for both required A+ exams, which typically cost over $500 out of pocket.

  • Learn core concepts in operating systems, hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and security
  • Practice real-world problem solving through hands-on technical scenarios
  • Complete projects that reflect the responsibilities of IT support roles in the workplace
You'll also have the opportunity to earn the Google IT Support Professional Certificate as an additional credential.

The program combines live instructor-led sessions with independent assignments, adding up to a roughly 20-hour-per-week commitment. Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and professional skills are also taught throughout the curriculum.

Paid Search Marketing

Climb Hire’s Paid Search Marketing program is a four-month workforce training option that prepares you for roles in paid media and digital marketing. Throughout the course, you’ll learn the skills to earn three industry-recognized certifications at no cost: Google Ads Search, Meta Digital Marketing Associate, and HubSpot Inbound Marketing.

  • Managing paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms
  • Interpreting campaign data to improve results
  • Developing marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Producing portfolio-ready projects for employers
Career preparation and interview readiness are embedded throughout the program as well. The weekly time commitment is approximately 20 hours, divided between live instruction and independent work.
