Career support included
The program also includes dedicated career support, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and job search support, with ongoing coaching throughout the process. Over 80% of Climb Hire alumni land tech roles within a year of graduating.

My career before Climb Hire, to be blunt, was nonexistent. … I read about the program and quickly fell in love with everything they had to offer. I had always loved technology and was excited by the opportunity to learn a new skill and shift my career. When I read Climb Hire’s commitment, “We are a community, not a class,” I knew I had found the program for me. …

The skills I learned through Climb Hire are things I actually do at my current job. I always struggled with the feeling that I had little to offer. Now that I’ve gone through the program, I’ve gained useful skills and confidence. Before Climb Hire, I had no idea what I wanted to do. Now, not only do I know where I want to end up, but I also have the social capital to support me along the way.
