What’s your favorite part about working at Climb Hire?

The people! We have a really special team of hard working, fun, and dedicated people.

How do you use your Social Capital?

Well, for starters, since college, I don’t think I’ve ever officially applied for a job that I ended up taking. My last few roles, including this one—were all a result of a friend or a friend’s connection. It’s important to stay connected with people on LinkedIn, informally check-in, and even if you leave an organization don’t burn bridges or speak badly about their work or individuals. I’ve known Nitzan for over a decade, we first met at Citizen Schools where she was my manager. While we hadn’t worked together for years, we stayed informally in touch, texting and updating one another and when she had a role to coach and support the Program Team, she came knocking. Hearing all the stories of alum and the team—I couldn’t resist.

What’s on your desk?

Too much stuff! 🙂 A unicorn piggy bank, flair pens, Run Disney 2022 Marathon, a stack of my current non-fiction/professional development books (Atomic Habits, Just Work, What If, On Change Management), my Happy Planner, and a Frida Kahlo ruler.
What are your favorite emojis?

A black woman, and a mermaid

What’s your favorite way to unwind?

I like to work out at Orangetheory Fitness or go for a run. But if I’m not feeling like working out, a good movie on Netflix with my partner and pets is really effective.
