Our live online classes meet every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5–8 PM Pacific Time. Outside of class, plan to spend about 5–9 hours each week on assignments and studying. We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, so you may take up to seven excused absences during the program.
 
When you complete the program, you’ll earn the Google IT Support Professional Certificate and be prepared for the CompTIA A+ Certification exams (Core 1 and Core 2). We provide full preparation, test-taking support, and cover the cost of both exams.

IT Support Specialist roles are some of the fastest-growing and most remote-friendly jobs in tech. With Climb Hire’s free, part-time online program, you’ll gain the skills and certifications to stand out.

 

Over six months, Climbers get hands-on practice troubleshooting PCs, networking equipment, and mobile devices, while also learning IT security principles.

 

Our technical coursework prepares you to pass the CompTIA A+ 1101 and 1102 exams, and you’ll also have the option to complete the Google IT Support Professional Certificate. Employers recognize both credentials as proof you’re job-ready.
