We’re thrilled to launch a new 8-week cohort just for you, our Alumni, to support your growth and grow your careers. Join the AI Fundamentals Alumni Cohort to build your confidence in using AI and give you a competitive edge in your field.
- Applications Due: March 25
- Classes Start: April 8
- Classes End: May 29
- Class Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-8 PM PST
Eligibility Requirements
There is no assessment to participate. But you must be:

- In good standing with Climb Hire.
- Consistently engaged with career development and not on a Career Development waiver.
- Must have passed the certification exam affiliated with your respective Climb Hire cohort. (ex. Salesforce 8 alumni must have passed the Salesforce Administrator exam). See specifics per cohort below:
- CX: Inducted
- SF: Admin Cert
- GPM: Completed Google Coursera
- FS: Certification
- DMA: Completed Google Coursera
- PSM: Google Ads and Meta
- IT: Fully certified A+
- Must be eligible to work in the US

BIPOC and non-college graduates are disproportionately left out of advancements in the AI sector and face barriers to professional development opportunities, increasing vulnerability to layoffs in a shifting economy. Through this cohort, Alumni will be equipped with AI fluency, build confidence in using AI, and increase competitive advantage in their fields.
